New Chrysler vehicles come with a manufacturer’s bumper-to-bumper warranty. The Chrysler warranty includes three years or 36,000 miles of coverage. This covers repairs for almost all of your car’s systems, but there are important exclusions. For example, regular wear and tear is not covered under a Chrysler warranty.

Protection doesn’t last the full bumper-to-bumper term, but these items aren’t always covered under a manufacturer’s warranty.

If you sell your car with a warranty still in effect, the new owner gets the remaining coverage of the warranty. For example, if you purchase a new Pacifica minivan and sell it after one year and 12,000 miles, the new owner still has two years or 24,000 miles of bumper-to-bumper warranty coverage.

Previous Chrysler Powertrain Warranties

Chrysler used to offer a five-year, 100,000-mile powertrain warranty for new vehicles. This changed to the current five-year, 60,000-mile powertrain warranty starting for model year 2016 vehicles.
